Who operates the sites
These sites are operated by Creative Home Partners, a DBA of Scarlett Investments, LLC. We are a Treasure Valley real-estate investor and prospective buyer of residential 1–4 unit properties.
Information collected
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or cross streets, property details, preferred contact time, and information you choose to provide. If you call a tracking number, we may receive call-routing information such as the calling number, date, time, duration, and the site that generated the call. Call recording is off by default.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to the property inquiry, evaluate whether a possible purchase is worth discussing, operate and secure the sites, attribute leads to the correct resource, maintain records, and improve site performance. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and transaction participants
We may use service providers for website hosting, spam prevention, analytics, call routing, and email delivery. If you choose to pursue a transaction, information may also be shared as reasonably necessary with transaction participants such as a title or escrow company, attorneys, contractors, or other parties involved in evaluating or completing that transaction. These parties use information under their own legal obligations and policies.
Analytics and security
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site use and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and abuse. Do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, form text, tool answers, or other lead information to Google Analytics.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain transaction and business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information.
Choices
You may ask us to correct your contact information or stop contacting you by calling the tracking number published on the site where you submitted the inquiry. You may also reply STOP to a text message. We do not publish the private operations mailbox or forwarding number.
Effective date
Effective September 1, 2026. We may update this notice when our practices change and will post the revised effective date here.
